I’ve been doing freelance marketing and design work for a while now, and after some exciting conversations with my brother Nate, decided it was time to take it to the next level.
I couldn’t be happier to be utilizing technology to communicate on others’ behalf. This is what excites me.

I’m taking bets- Who will get done first? The crappy updating PC or the old man trying to make a calender?
CAN’T WAIT to reveal what this is for…
Option 1: Be humble, Option 2: be humiliated.
Upgrading Pixels
I love creating videos. Blessed with a recent surge in opportunities to create more videos for more clients, I decided it was finally time to get a camera of my own. Match this with my love of photography and the next step was clear - I needed to get a DSLR-level camera with steller video recording capabilities.
Enter the Olympus Pen E-PL1. Watch this short video…you won’t be disappointed:
Pretty neat, eh?
It’s retro look and compact size won me over. I also ordered the external mic kit along with a lapel mic for high quality sound recording when shooting videos for clients.
I’m really looking forward to having more time with this thing. Any adjustments to the photos below was done via the internal art filters the camera offers. Here are a few pics from my short time with the Pen:

Just learned the history of this poster and it’s artist by taking a picture with Google Goggles…Man, I love technology!
This is exactly the kind of thing I talked about in my Senior Speech last week… Churches actually utilizing technology in new and creative ways. Sprinting towards instead of cowering away from change!
